Pete, the manager of this facility in Lakeway has really provided great customer service and assistance to make our onboarding experience great. Today he let me know that we had not properly locked our unit which I would not have known on my own, and offered multiple ways to remedy the problem.I can fully recommend this location of Extra Space Storage!

On-site staff was amazing and very helpful. They walked me through all options on pricing, gave me a tour, and did a check to see what was being stored to get me in the right unit. Truly appreciated the friendly, helpful staff.
