The staff at this facility are so helpful and went above and beyond anytime I’ve had questions or issues. The facility is very clean and feels totally safe. With that being said, extra space storage has some shady corporate practices and twice within one year raised my rent about 2x. The staff at this location was able to get it brought back down some, but not to the original amount I signed up for. 5 stars for this facility. But 2 stars for ESS corporate…

I have had my unit at Extra Space Storage now for almost 3 years. Every time I need help with something they are so accommodating (to the limit they are able to). Once I called because our rate went up significantly and they weren’t able to do anything because that was the best rate they had at the time. However, I recently checked and the web rates had drastically dropped (most likely due to number of units available) so I asked for a rate adjustment and within a day they approved a rate considerably lower than what I had been paying. They are always friendly and fair. Never had an issue at all. Thank you all!!!!

This is my third time at this facility. The staff here is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. January, 2025. I downsized and moved indoors. Dan did a great job. He was thorough and followed up in a timely manner. I really appreciate his professionalism.
