Super easy to work with. My bill kept falling between pay periods so I called them and they were very willing to change my payment date to one that would work. Angela was super easy to work with and even got me a lower rent rate.

I absolutely love love love this storage place. I lost my house to a fire and needed to get my stuff out in a hurry, Angela was fast to set me up and help me thru my difficult time ???? she has an amazing bubbly personality and I loved the energy she gave me when I came in. She's the reason why I didn't want to leave and switch to a different storage shed when I thought I needed to switch to something smaller. They are quick efficient and willing to work with you by far hands down the best feeling in the world after you lose half of your stuff in your house knowing that it's going to be okay. Angela your my angel and I appreciate your hard work ??

Talk about being on the ball. I was in the middle of completing the online application when I got a call from Brian. I wasn’t even through the second F@!$ing page. Brian was ready to help me and answer any questions I had. We completed the whole application process over the phone. He made sure that an appropriate lock was added to my initial payment so I could just show up and be good. I haven’t even been to the place yet and I would recommend them to any prospective customer just off the insane customer service!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Exceptional Customer Service! Angela, went far and beyond to take care of us. We were in a unique and stressful situation. We decided we would deal with our situation without renting a unit. I received a follow up call from her. She listened to our situation and customized an offer to make it work for us. The store manager Angela is what customer service should be. Customer service is hard to find nowadays. To many Call Centers and people that just don't care. They are sitting at that job for a paycheck. Angela answers the phones professionally followed with a complete professional conversation including listening to any problems concerning the storage business she represents. With a little perseverance has a way of overcoming these issues while making you feel that you are doing business at the right place. Angela is a great front face for customers and does a great job.
