Waaay too expensive! Great folks working there. Not climate or rodent controlled. Again, the staff was very competent.

Long term update. Don't rent here! Find an alternate company but Extra Space is nearly a monopoly in Utah so good luck. I've rented from this location twice, I'm currently renting here for the second time. They raised my fee 20.8% after the first three months, that's an extra $80 a month, now 13 months later they raised it again to a total of 30% more than my initial fee! And get mousetraps! I've caught 5 mice in my unit thus far. Expect them to fee to raise your fee after you have stored your belongings. I suspect most positive reviews are from one of their hundreds of Utah employees. If the review is short and praising everything and 5 stars, it's probably fake.

We have had boxes stored here for just over a year. We had 3 units with extra space 2 at this location and 1 at another location. We started at $150 and all three units went up to $290 a month. The first time I called they adjusted the price of two units down to $200 but a few months later they went right back up. Second time I called to reduce the price no called me back. Worst part is the we just got our boxes out of storage and they are all infested with COCKROACHES. Nightmare!!! Our unit also leaked which they never said a word but the items in the corner of the unit were all water damaged. We spent a small fortune on this place. Really frustrating.

Do not rent here unless you enjoy 82% rent increases in a few months. (See photos) I went from paying $97 to $177 a month for a 10 x 10! Their reason was "market conditions." That's not a valid reason to raise rent by 82%. There's enough greedy corporate price gouging in this world right now. This company runs a bait and switch scam, and uses unethical business practices.
