Staff was friendly. Facility easy to access and always clean. Plenty of size options. Price was a bit much, but only needed it for a short time. Overall very satisfied.

Great location in Sandy, temperature controlled, clean, easy access, everything you need to store your "stuff". Thanks Extra Space Storage, will definitely use this facility in the future if I need more storage!

Andrew was very helpful behind the front desk. No need to sign in at the office if you book online but the set up wasn’t entirely intuitive for me. It is easy enough once I did the whole process. I think getting the info from the desk rather than just going off the email is a good idea if you want a seamless experience. Seems like a very secure location. The building is gated needing a passkey to enter and exit with a vehicle. Additionally, the building asks for a passkey every time you enter the exterior doors so multiple trips to your unit requires a passkey every entry. Very tight inside the building and there’s no trash bins or donation drop off. Clearly not busy, if it were the space could be problematic. Otherwise it is the least expensive option I found on google. I did see other storage unit locations on my drive from Alta that did not populate when I searched many times the past few weeks on google maps. 5 stars stays if my stuff is all good when I go to pick it up!

The staff here is extremely helpful and the facility was clean and organized. We moved out without telling anyone and since I had prepaid 6 months I figured I'd let them know but would still have the unit for another month. They ended up calling me saying they noticed we'd taken out lock off and wanted to close out my account giving me a months rent back. I was so surprised and thankful for their help since our move put me behind on a few calls I needed to make. What a fabulous surprise to get the 1 month rent back!
