William was absolutely amazing! He answered all my concerns with a charismatic attitude. He was very easy to talk to and great representation of the company.

Manager Justin is super! He made the experience painless.

We started renting a unit in January for a great promo rate. Unfortunately we were blindsided with a significant rate increase. I called and spoke with Justin, the assistant manager, who was very helpful. He explained that I should have received a post card notifying me of the rate change. I was able to search my USPS Informed Delivery messages to see that one had not made its way to us. Justin was very agreeable that post cards may not be the best way to notify customers of rate changes as those are so easily lost and disregarded, but thats handled outside of their location. On his end he put a note in their system to call me when the rate was expected to change so we can evaluate our storage needs at that point and was even able to honor our previous rate for a couple more months. What could have been a bad experience due to poor corporate operations was made right by Justin, a customer facing individual who cares about delivering great service!

I am very satisfied with the service I received from store manager William he's the absolute best and the reason why I continue to rent from extra space storage. Hes always professional, helpful and nice.

This is my second experience with Extra Space Storage different locations and always Wowed by the amazing customer service I receive ! This time William at the Midlothian was amazing at helping me sort out my situation very much appreciate it and who knew they preform security checked every day! Today I received a call to let me know I didn’t lock my unit properly amazing thank you so much!

We’ve had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage! Justin, the assistant manager, showed us many units that might meet our needs. The rental process was easy. Even when I mixed up our rental move in date Justin got it all squared away for me. I love that it is temperature controlled. I once had a unit for my daughter that was not temperature control and the ceiling collapsed on top of her furniture and belongings. I won’t do that again. Extra Space Storage is a well maintained storage facility.

I just got off the phone with Justin and he was incredibly helpful, personable, kind, and patient. He answered any concerns or inquiries I had very thoroughly and made the process feel less daunting. Although I did not rent space today, I'm confident I will do business with Extra Space Storage in the near future. Justin made the customer service experience wonderful and I appreciate his time and transparency! Thank you Justin!

I took a trip to Virginia recently. I have been thinking about moving there, and my friend from the state referred me here. I called them and spoke to Justin, who was incredibly personable and helpful. Still debating whether or not I’ll make the move, but ESS certainly will have made my decision easier! Thanks again to Justin for being a real one and helping me out with the prices.
