My Experience at Extra Space was amazing there were two young women name Robin and Toya that helped me find a unit that was able to fit all of my stuff and more. Two very wonderful people who were very helpful.

From day 1 Latoya gas been nothing but pleasant and professional. The staff is amazing as a whole. Everyone has been cooperative and helpful. I've never had an issue with anyone. From the day I moved in Latoya had mlbeen working with me. We started when I called in from Texas to inquire about the location. Once I got into town, I finally got mert the most amazing, Latoya, in person. Helped with selecting the right units for my belongings. I had to get 2 units and she was able to keep them conveniently close for to each other for me. Move in was easy! The facility is always clean and well maintained. I've been storing my belongings there for almost a year now and since I've moved from VA I've continuted to deal with Latoya the most. I dont want to dim the light on ANY of the employees there as they all have been far above average. But I want to highlight Latoya as I've dealt with her the most. Anytime I call, if Noone answer, I always recieve a call back in a timely fashion. If anyone is looking for a storage facility that you will feel safe leaving your belongings in, check this location out first and see if it suites you as well. If it does, I feel you wont regret it! I really appreciate the staff so much and all they have done for me. I ESPECIALLY appreciate you, Latoya! Special thanks to Robin, whom I've never met in person, but has been extraordinary, and the tall white guy that was working there, whom I have had plenty of random, yet cool and informative conversations with. My husband and I were moving and needed storage for a couple of months. I appreciated how easy contactless move in was and had no issues throughout the 3 months of service. The staff was friendly when we did see them during visits as well as former customers. The facility was also clean and easy to maneuver with the help of their carts at each entrance. Thank you for creating a space and peace of mind for our valuables during our transition!

The Manager at this location goes above and beyond and is a true reflection of great customer service! She outlined a payment plan for me for my unit and provided me with honest insight about what to expect in the future regarding payment. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to others when I hear them mention storage needs.

this is my first experience with leasing a storage unit. I found the young lady at the office to be a "jewel"! so pleasant and helpful! the storage unit i rented was clean and conviently located next to the elevator... the lock provided was a bit troublesome but, thanks to my son, we figured it out quickly... if necessay, i will use this storage facilty again without hesitation...
