Extraspace is in a great location, which was why i tried them in the first place. As time passed, i came to appreciate the staff and their friendly help, whether it was to locate my unit or to discuss my needs. Also, the rate was budget friendly. I appreciate Extraspace and their help when my plans were vague. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

There was only one person at the time on service and they were helping others so I had to step outside in the heat and wait. The customer service was ok. Not as friendly or accommodating as other extra spaces. I was told to download the app for my access code to get through the gate and into the building. When I was having trouble she FINALLY decided to write the code down. Also I wasn’t walked over to the unit or shown how to use the lock. I had to figure that out and was told” that building right there on the second floor”. Does this one have different customer service or policies? I’ve rented many storage units so I figured it out but if you’re a newbie this might be challenging.
