I had to switch locations at Extra Space due to logistical reasons. Both Daniel at the Mountain Road location and Eric at the Parham location made it a smooth transition. Eric went out of his way to handle an issue yesterday. Thank you guys for the excellence and professionalism.

Only rented a week but so far so good with the customer service. Unit is actually smaller than what I wanted but that’s on me rather than them. I didn’t really get a good feel for it as I did everything online. Should have called to get a better feel for the space.
