Really great experience. I am glad I found this Extra Space Storage. Douglas was extremely courteous and helpful during my rental process, including explaining to me the best way to save money on a unit if I plan to stay longer than a few months. The unit is very well priced and I do not feel like this Extra Space aims to price gouge like many many storage businesses in the area. I live quite far from this location but due to friendliness and professionalism of the staff, coupled with reasonable and fair rental prices, I will remain a customer of this Extra Space location for as long as I require a storage unit.

From the first moment I finalized my contract online, I was welcomed with a very pleasant text message welcoming me and to let me know they were available for all questions. The online process was easy and straightforward plus the interior floor plans were clear and the link opened easily. I definitely recommend meeting the staff and to get an in person guide of the location. I am looking forward to moving in soon!
