Ray is the most pleasant manager l have ever had done storage business with. THE MAN IS GOLDEN! The place is clean, secure and very well maintained.We are very happy to have such a great place to store our extra belongings and keepsakes that we don't have the room for at home. We called two weeks ahead of the need for storage requirement from out of state and was surprised by the friendliness, accommodation to meet our need and full cooperation. Upon our arrival to access the new storage unit, Ray made the whole process extremely easy and expedite our ability to unload as quickly as possible. I had been previously with you for years but unfortunately had to leave because your prices got to high. But when I seen another new location pop up I thought I would check it out. And got a couple small units as to keep it within my budget. And Roy made it a great experience. Hopefully I will be able to stay without outrageous rate hikes because your units are great.

Facility is clean, staff is super friendly, easy secure access. My unit was clean and the door worked smoothly. Temperature controlled interior. Upper levels access is also very secure.

I’ve always had a great experience with extra space storage. Ray is always so chipper and happy to help anyone.. if your a new customer or an existing one, either way your gonna love the atmosphere around there.. very positive and uplifting!! The prices are way awesome, compared to most, if not all other storage places. Overall, I would definitely recommend this storage place to anyone who needs one!!

The manager is great. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place. Update: I still really like the manager. However in the year in a half since we have rented one of our two units the fees have gone up 3 times. Then we were contacted to let us know our second unit that we had been paying on since June 2023 didn't qualify for the senior discount.
