The building is clean, but the elevators and carts are difficult to control bc you have to continually type your access code in and if you use the app and use the Bluetooth access feature the elevators do not show up 50% of the time. The app makes it easier to open the front doors and the elevators if you can get it working. There was a lady I spoke with yesterday who was walking thru the floor I was on yesterday, she seemed to care for the place which I appreciate. Promo pricing is great but beware once the promos end, like two to three months later…and the biggest pet peeve about this location are the HOURS!!!! I was moving on the weekend and this place auto locked up halfway into the night because despite already being at the storage units, with the rented trucks with our stuff, well the elevators do not work to go back up to your unit after closing. They close at 11. I had been there for a couple of hours and it was just a little after 11, we went back down to grab something from the truck to lock up and put the rest of the stuff inside the unit…well we had our things out on the floor and we couldn’t go back up to secure our unit and No one was there and the 800 number and the chat was useless in terms of getting help asap! I had to come back the next morning at like 5 or 6 am and had to pay another $150 because of the truck needing an extension! I went there first thing when they open just to secure my things and this was the most difficult and annoying situation!
