We started in this storage place when it was a single owner place and not a franchise. When Extra Space bought it out, we started getting billed about a $1 a month to send a postcard to remind us to pay our bill, which we had set up through automatic bill payer. Prices have gone up three times since they took over, we are now paying double what we were. This is why I am moving out of my unit today. On the positive the area was always secure and clean, and the local manager was always helpful and friendly.
