I called at the last minute possible, to top it off I didn't exactly have everything in place with my funds. Thank God though. Extra Space Storage waited for me to get that straightened out. I'm talking a whole hour or so more after that they could have been already at home. I can't thank them enough for that kind of service is hard to find these days. That's the kind of people the world needs more of.

Lou was extremely responsive and professional to work with - both last year when we initially rented a space, and again when we terminated our rental in 2024! It’s also notable, that he provided a quote very quickly to my wife, when she called on my behalf, even though we were a bit unclear on when and how large a space we needed.. She said he was the most responsive out of 4 different companies she called…

Storage facility was fine, but you had to pay the power company for an electric hook up for lights, and they raised the rental rates over 25% in about 6 months. That is the main reason that I am leaving.
