I switched from another storage facility that has homeless people camping out in the parking lot. I love that this one doesn't allow that. I like the large door and wide opening to my unit. It makes move in such an easy task. I like the hours to access my storage unit. Early morning and late night. The staff people are so nice and helpful. I accidently forgot to close and lock my unit and they text and called me to let me know. Luckily there was nothing missing. My setup and move in was quick and so easy. They explained everything. I was happy to know there was someone living on site. I have highly recommended recommended this place to people I know. Thanks for e everything Extra Space Storage.

Any time I have needed help or questions answered, I have received prompt and courteous service from the staff. The facility is always clean and secure. Parking can sometimes be a challenge.
