On 4/8/2026, let me take you through my experience helping a friend move : First off, Misty was an absolute dream to work with figuring out logistics. It wasn't even my storage unit and I felt heard, respected and at home. It was like I was talking to a friend I'd known my entire life. She not only helped us find another unit quickly, but actually adjusted to our needs with an unfortunate set back that we didn't see until later. Also, she mentioned the app to us that helped with accessing elevators more efficiently instead of punching in our code every single time which was a pain while moving storage units. But hey, don't take it from me, go in and see for yourself if you have any storage needs and ask for Misty if she's there. You'll be taken care of not just as a customer but as a friend too. GIVE HER A RAISE! She deserves every penny. Much love and thank you so much for your time and effort Misty! (Bonus points for mentioning DD meats too which is a killer butcher shop around Mount Lake Terrace if you need any meats or hot sauces too)

I’ve been working with Misty and her team for 4 years they are beyond professional and kind, I went from being broke to owning my own business and every step of the way they have been helpful and responsible. I own multiple storage units of the same size around the country and they are priced very well here in Seattle.

Decent storage facility. Only gripes are the they got my email and mailing address wrong, so I never got updates on price increases. I had 1 price increase after 4 months or so of moving in and another one a year later. Each time was a significant amount, $60-80 more. They are willing to negotiate though. I found a bigger unit for almost half the cost a few miles away.
