What a refreshing experience! I spoke to a representative on the telephone (Eli) who was more that informative, friendly and patient. Honestly, it was like talking with a long time friend. I was multi tasking - big time - and he was perfect throughout it all. In the end he passed me off to the site manager (Destiny) who I met upon arrival. From there it was almost a duplicate experience. Warm and friendly greeting, followed by just plain GREAT service. In a time, where I feel good customer service is a real rarity, I found excellent customer service from both Eli and Destiny at Extra Space. Not to mention good rates with good move-in promotions. The grounds were very clean and obviously well cared for. All in all, I'd give 5 outta 5 stars all day. Thanks folks!!!

I love this place! First time in here to get a storage unit & The store manager Destiny is so sweet polite & there for any questions! Quick in & out. Very affordable. Don’t sleep on them! 10/10
