We chose this location because it had a high rating. If you plan to go with this location just remember it is downtown. The facility itself is not bad. What gave me confidence in booking the unit today was the customer service. No issues yet so far, so we’ll see how well this location is for storing our stuff. The units themselves are mediocre, just a basic room - the walls are plain wood. The doors are not metal. Before booking I would check out the facility first to see if it is something you are comfortable with, or can see yourself visit your storage unit from time to time.

The employee who helped me was very nice and professional, would recommend to others except that they close at 7pm so that means no entry after 6:45 so that’s kind of a hassle

I went in to pay cash for my unit today, I forgot to catch his name but an older gentleman was working and he was absolutely delightful. Nice to chat with and helped me right away! He offered his assistance with anything we needed and was very kind over all. It might be a rough area but I’m so glad we picked this location! It’s convenient for us and everyone we’ve met in the office has been extremely helpful!
