Both over the phone and in person, the employees at ExtraSpace @ W Rogers Dr (Adrian and Carlene on the phone, David at the location) helped me reserve a unit, view it, and sign a rental agreement the same day. The facility is clean, and there is an area for unloading trucks inside the building. David worked to answer my questions and took time to show me different storage unit sizes. The building and grounds are secure.
