we had an excellent sign-up (very efficient) experience with Extra Space Storage. And then following that, we really had a great move-in experience due to the extra care Mike, the Assistant Manager at this location, gave to us. He had our unit super-clean and tagged for us, got us signed in for our unit very quickly and effectively, and gave us excellent directions on how to get to our unit. He serves as an exemplary Associate representing Extra Space Storage. We remain very satisfied with our experience.

Had filled out all the information on line for a storage unit. After seeing it in person decided we needed an additional unit too. The on-site manager, Lashaun made it work and we were able to get two units next to each other. Lashaun explained the entire process well. ??????
