We’re also currently leading self storage sustainability efforts in our industry. We’ve installed solar panels at more than 400 storage facilities across the country—with more on the way—and we’re continuing to look for new sustainability opportunities as an organization. In addition, we’re proud to be the largest third-party self storage management company in the U.S. With our ManagementPlus platform, we offer storage operators a successful turnkey solution for managing their properties. ManagementPlus properties are around 35% of our current self storage portfolio.
