Extra Space Storage Opens New Myrtle Beach Location

Extra Space Storage is excited to share the opening of a new facility in partnership with Quattlebaum Development Company!

This facility, located at 9598 N Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, SC, features an expansive 87,000 square feet of rentable space and 894 total units. Storage unit sizes range from small 5×5 units to large 10×25 units and include amenities such as climate control, drive-in access, and state-of-the-art security.

The Quattlebaum Development Company is a family-owned and operated real estate development company based in Charleston, SC. They are one of the largest industrial developers in South Carolina and have experience in several asset types, including self storage.

This is the third storage property that Extra Space has worked on with the Quattlebaum partnership group. Our Third-Party team currently manages two other locations in Charleston, SC. This will be the Quattlebaum’s first self storage facility in Myrtle Beach.
