I selected Extra Space Storage following an initial discussion with Jeff, the manager at the 9598 North Kings Highway location. He provided valuable assistance from the start, taking the time to thoroughly explain the best storage options for my needs. The registration process was efficient and Jeff guided me through every step. When I recently called to upgrade to a larger unit, the process was once again smooth and hassle-free. During my visit to move my belongings to a bigger unit, I had the pleasure of meeting Annie, who was equally impressive. She promptly addressed all my inquiries and ensured a seamless experience. The facility itself is impeccably clean, with added security measures at the entrance and on each floor. It's reassuring to know that my belongings are safe and secure here. This location truly excels in their service.
