Jeff did a great job for us (wife and I) at ExtraSpace Storage, Myrtle Beach. He was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable; his energy and sense of humor were infectious. Jeff at Extra Space storage is amazing. Super friendly and most accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable with the selection of our unit and followed through with us from beginning to end. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to go the EXTRA mile. He makes sure the facility is super clean and secure, making us feel that our "goods" are safe and sound. Jeff was great, explained everything, very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I don’t like using google account. Straight text messages to my phone are fine.
