These folks are very nice and courteous and very helpful. The place is super clean. I rented an indoor climate controlled storage unit in the prices in line with everybody else's prices. Overall fantastic place to store your stuff and great people to deal with

This is a wonderful facility. The climate controlled building is sparkling clean, I booked my unit on line and everything was ready when I got there. All I had to do was show the attendant my ID and within minutes I had entered my personal gate code and was driving to the unloading area. An abundance of professional and easily manipulated dollies were available. I highly recommend this facility!

Caroline is by far one outstanding worker and human. She goes above and beyond for her customers, she keeps the property very clean, and is constantly checking in being so friendly when we're in passing on the property. Anything needed for the several years I have rented at Cannon Road, she has provided top-tier excellent customer service to me. Extra Space is very lucky to have her on the team.
