The front office staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to inquires. The storage unit was easily accessible, clean and well lite. The facility has a code access gate and each climatized building has the same safety measure in place. Inside the buildings there are security cameras that are in working order and a monitoring system in the front office. The only negative thing is the access road, as it is narrow and tricky to navigate. Overall, it’s a great complex and would not hesitate to recommend.
