Easy to sign up, didn't even have to worry about going out & buying a lock & key. It was on a Sunday, they were closed but instructions were there & after hours help on the door was very helpful. It's also really helpful that the owner lives right there & was able to help me when system was not registering my entry code.

I had some problems with the headquarters exponentially increasing my monthly rate after just a couple months. However, I spoke with Jeff and he was able to lock in a very reasonable rate for 6 months. I am using climate controlled storage and it is everything you could expect. Very secure facility. Helpful staff. Overall, very satisfied.
