The Manager, Joe and Assistant Manager from the Nash location go above and beyond to make the rental experience simple and comfortable. I have returned to this location due to the way management goes over the top to work with me on after hour issues or any questions I have had. This was my first time ever getting a storage unit. Eric and Joe were very helpful when it came to explaining everything to me. They are very knowledgeable and personable. They made me feel comfortable. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell. It smelled really good and was very clean. Those 2 things are very important to me since I will be placing my items in the storage unit. Joe took me to my unit and showed me how to use my lock. He let me lock and unlock it to make sure I knew what I was doing. The storage unit was very clean. I’m very pleased with the service I received and happy with the choice I made to use Extra Space Storage.
