Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Kim Flynn as the May 2021 recipient.
Flynn is an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV, and the recipient of our May award because of her thoughtfulness and commitment to our Extra Safe, Extra Clean promise. This recent customer review is a perfect display of Flynn’s dedication:
“I have been a customer here for about a year and a half, and in that time, I have seen Kim the manager working ever so tirelessly to keep everything spic-and-span. Even the concrete hallway floors are so clean you could eat off them! Today it was over 100 degrees outside, which means it could be even hotter inside the units. She came to my rescue and brought me a bottle of ice water. With employees like Kim, Extra Space Storage = extra peace of mind.”
In addition to maintaining a clean and comfortable facility, Flynn went out of her way to provide relief to this customer by looking for small ways to make their move a little easier (and cooler).
