Great people! I was in HI with my husband recently, helping place some of his grandmother’s furniture in storage and the employees here were such a big help. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for great storage rentals.

This facility immaculate, beyond clean! The two women working up front are the most helpful! Call and give them the contents of what I’m trying to store I think I can squeeze into a small unit after speaking with them they suggested a larger one so there is plenty of space along with room to move inside the unit so I don’t have to unpack it all in the hallways to get to items that may be in the back. I highly suggest coming to this location specifically for all your storage needs! You won’t be disappointed!

###6/1/2024 update: I moved out of my unit as I no longer needed the storage space. The notification and move out itself were both super easy. I coincidentally received notification of a rate increase 2 days after I gave notice, so that would have been three different rates in 12 months had I stayed ($172 to $237 to $286). As for the storage faculty itself, the staff, and the “extra space” to store my stuff, no issues and great experience. Having “clutter” out of my house in a safe and convenient location was well worth it, but it came at a serious $$$ cost! Would recommend storing here, just be prepared to pay…lock in your price by pre-paying if you can! Increasing to 3 stars. ***10/1/23 update: I called on Friday 9/29 and the manager, while friendly, said all of the things you’d expect. She offered to look at the price, and came back with $238.00. While not pleased, I suppose that’s better than $272.00 so I said thank you and that would be acceptable until I made up my mind going forward (she also let me know that you can pre-pay up to 17 months to lock in your rate, which I wasn’t aware of, so that was good info I am putting out there if you know you will be storing long term; not sure if they will refund if you choose to pre-pay but move out early so that’s reviewing first!) Well today, 10/1, I was charged $249.22 vice the $180.11 I had been paying and was expecting to pay before the new rate went into effect next month. I suppose I’ll say “mea culpa” on that one as I unknowingly screwed myself by circumventing the 30 day notice requirement; I assumed when I verbally agreed to $238.00 that it would go into effect at the same time the rate was supposed to go into effect per the notice, on 11/1. I understand this is a business and the company has to make money, but I don’t believe their argument of “market adjustments” and what they just did is the proper way to treat your customers. Borderline shady business practice here, I’ll be doing some more digging and shooting an email off to corporate. Again, facility is great and the folks are nice…but beware, they are coming for your wallet! As long as you understand that, you won’t be surprised. 1 star rating remains..*** I rented a 5x10 unit on 7/1/23 and just received a 30 day rate change notice that my monthly rental rate (with tax) would be increasing by $105.00, from $180.00 a month to $285.00 a month. I was pretty shocked that they were increasing the rate after just 3 months and by 58%! When I initially rented my unit, I was impressed with the ease of the online reservation process and in setting the unit up. The folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and well kept, and while the temperature is definitely not “cool” it is more than suitable enough of an environment to keep your belongings in good shape. No complaints about the facility or customer service. Back to the rate hike…I read the contract, and I understood that I was on a month to month and that with 30 days notice my rent could be increased. I also understood that my $180.00 a month rate was a “web offer” and wasn’t likely to last for the duration of my planned storage of my items. When I completed my info, I filled out the military section as requested as I know this clause is a requirement under federal law should I have been deployed and an issue arose with my storage unit (non-payment etc) that I would have additional protections. Management said they verified my military service and “applied a discount” which I did not ask for nor did I receive (my rate remained what I agreed to via the web offer). A bit disingenuous here; no issues either way, but just say what you mean and mean what you say! I totally get it’s a business and rate increases are to be expected…I figured the increase would be reasonable, both in timing and amount. An increase of $105.00 just 3 months after moving in is not reasonable, in my opinion. I will give them the opportunity to communicate with me and offer an explanation, at which point I will consider updating the rating and review.
