Fantastic service from the team who man the phones on site at the local location. Kind and efficient. The storage itself is clean and well kept, but the pricing process is frustrating and borderline predatory. You have to walk yourself up the pricing ladder and there are fees for everything from locks you didn’t need to ‘admin’ and ‘transfer’ fees. Also, be careful to call and ask about unit details. The website may state something is climate controlled though it may not be. Overall good value and the people who work there are fantastic.
