Wow… the store manager Ann Aycock is amazing. She answered all of my questions. She is very professional, and I’m going to recommend all of my friends to visit her facility and consider purchasing a Unit. The pricing is great too. Thanks Ann you’re the best.

I went here to extra space storage met a wonderful lady named Tracey showed me my unit rode on 2 different elevators to show me access and bout boxes all in 10 to 12 minutes while being extremely helpful and nice at the same time couldn’t have asked for better service hands down Extra Space is the best you will not be disappointed forget to mention super clean place

I have two units here and I was unable to access them both in the midst of moving across states. Tracey put my mind to rest and handled my situation with ease! She was so warm, kind, and helpful. I don’t think this was her regular property but if you ever go in try asking for Tracey!

Tracey! I would thank this wonderful employee. She had just come off her lunch break. I explained to her that I had a daughter that goes to Tennessee State University in Nashville. I told her I wanted to know about different storage units to store my daughter’s and cousin’s dorm fridge and microwave. She was very helpful by taking the time to show me units at her location and help me find the closest one to my daughter in Nashville.
