Extra Space Storage has been an excellent company to do business with. The gentleman name Ryan has really taken good care of me. From the time called in October until now when I lost my storage keys. I came by and Ryan took care of me ASAP!! I purchased a lot new lock & key and Ryan cut off the old lock on my unit. I truly appreciate the service and look forward to doing more business you all in the future. If you're in need of a storage, definitely stop by the Palisades location in Homewood. :) See Ryan and you won't regret it.
