I have storage spot at another extra space location. It's amazing how much more positive the experience here is thanks to a property manager that smiles and says hello to tenant. It goes to show how much a smile and a hello can make someone feel welcomed where they're paying rent. In a city that makes me regulsrly feel invisible and unseen, it's a breath of fresh air to see someone still caring about providing positive customer service.

The property manager is very personable and helpful in making the move in process easy. Through a well organized process, she took care of all the necessary mumbo jumbo for me, leaving what could have been a stressful event into a calm welcoming event.
