Stellar customer service combines with outstanding facilities at the 477 Harbor Blvd Belmont location. Jeremy is the site manager, and works with understanding about his cliental, whether on the phone, in person at the front desk, or about the property when he's walking, he's observing, and he's assisting. Another example of customer service understanding appeared on the day that I checked in with less than 20 minutes before closing. Jeremy sensed the urgency that I had so he handled the transaction with attentiveness toward me and with awareness that his co-worker could learn in the process. Jeremy commented and conversed with his co-worker about the particulars of the set-up. Additionally, Jeremy listened with understanding about the why of my storage need to hold a unit for downsizing and extended the necessary information to make the usage noteworthy, even if short-term. I also applaud Jeremy for knowing the neighborhood as he pinpointed a nearby sandwich shop with great reubens. I sense that Jeremy knows the intricacies of other self-storage places too since there are four within a kilometer area. Extra Space storage excels in many ways with facilities and customer service. My experience with extra storage was perfect. First of all the person who answered the 800 number lived in Texas and he was amazingly nice. Then I went to meet Jeremy manager of the extra storage in Belmont and he was extremely nice. They both were very professional and very efficient with their job. If there was anywhere else to go I would always pick extra storage.

Ok we must say that during our time with Extra Space, Jeremy has been absolutely stellar in providing all the necessary details from beginning to end! His customer service goes way beyond expectations! He is just an awesome guy! He is truly a gem!

Good customer service and people at the front desk help u out very good example the lady that I did the storage transfer job for I remember she paid the account off and closed it and we brought it down everything load it in my truck but we forgot a lamp on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor something that was special to her daughter I called next day ask front desk within minutes called back and confirmed lamp is still there told the lady we came back gave temporary code got the lamp and she was very happy so that tells you alot about there customers service owner ship and also made my company also good it was a win win situation for all three

Had a great experience at this extra storage space. The manager is awesome. I spent 2 plus years at this place. If I ever need a storage space again. I'll be back here.
