The best most personalized (local) responsive customer service I have ever seen. I wish other businesses operated this way. Very flexible terms. I needed to move out shortly after the next month rent was due and they graciously prorated the rent upfront without having to pay the entire months rent, and then hoping they would credit my account. Great experience.
