I had a really frustrating experience with this storage facility. I specifically needed a place where I could temporarily place a portable storage container, and despite the large open parking area, I was told it wasn’t allowed—with no clear explanation or willingness to help find a solution. What made it worse was the lack of communication. If there are rules, just explain them clearly—whether it’s something like “containers can only be there for 24 hours” or “we are not liable for any loss or theft.” At least that would give customers something to work with. Instead, I was just told no, with no effort to clarify or guide me. There is no mention of this policy anywhere on the website, so the response felt unnecessarily dismissive. Moving is stressful for anyone. This treatment from the manager on duty made everything even more stressful. If you have any situation outside of a standard storage unit rental, don’t expect much flexibility or helpful guidance here.

The male manager was rude to me. This has been the worst location I have been to. They increased rent prices significantly and suddenly within a short time, not honoring the initial agreement
