Worked with Mykeal Walker and everything was handled professionally. He was able to respond to my questions easily and he made some great suggestions to help me decide which storage space/plan would work best for me. It took less than 30 minutes to process the lease agreement so I would say it's a great customer experience. The facilities looked really clean and well maintained. Updating my review. This branch/facility is clean, easily accessible, secure, and they have a friendly and very supportive staff. My only complaint is the frequent price increase and it finally convinced me to clean up my junk and dispose them instead of paying $208 a month. So they lost my business due to the frequent price increase. However, you can still consider them for a short term storage solution. Otherwise, expect the price increase as the norm and decide if you can afford it.

I’ve had a positive experience with Extra Space Storage overall. The first unit I rented (10x15) was priced reasonably, and the facility was conveniently located less than 5 minutes away. The on-site Storage Manager was professional, helpful, and made the rental process easy. Later, I moved into a smaller 10x5 unit at a different location, and the experience was just as smooth. The Storage Manager at this location went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring the transition was seamless and stress-free. I’d recommend Extra Space Storage for their helpful staff, reasonable pricing, and convenience. Their customer service really made my experience a great one!

I realize most people never take the time to write reviews on excellent service but mostly out of passion of someone being disappointed in a company, however this is not one of those times it’s important to recognize outstanding people, and Extra Space Storage should know Josh Dandridge has been nothing short of exceptional not only with his kindness and outstanding service but he has gone above and beyond any questions or concerns I have had. There are some people who work for a company and there are others that become the face of it! Josh is amazing and ya’ll are so lucky to have him!
