I just rented a 10x20 storage unit today, 6-25-25 and the manager at the Washington Blvd location was incredibly helpful. Units are new, highly secure, covered with many cameras and there is someone on site 24/7. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business and the manager who helped me went out of his way to be helpful.

I came in inquiring about getting a unit for my grandmother and was shopping around. Brandee and Zack were there and not only showed me multiple units at different sizes but also were able to answer all questions and concerns that we had. The property was very clean with no trash lying around. I appreciated the friendly attitudes and respect that was given towards my grandmother.

I love working with Extra Space Storage! I have been with them now for 3 years and would not choose any other company to have my belongings stored with. Their personnel are very friendly and helpful. I called and spoke with Brandy today in the Roseville CA location regarding my rate. It was going to increase next month, and because I'm on a low fixed income her manager was able to keep me at my same rate. I can't begin to express how appreciative I am for this.
