Came a few years ago and rented a storage unit from Bob. Came back to this place even though it wasn't the closest place to me just to get helped from Bob again. Great help and keeps me coming back. This place is the best.

I haven’t rented a unit yet… but I wanted to leave a review about one of the employees there, Bob. He is very patient and took his time. He let me walk through each unit and didn’t rush me. He even took the time to measure them to help me have better peace of mind in finalizing my decision. I really appreciate this because I can be indecisive when it comes to make decisions that cost me money. He’s very nice, gentle and over explained everything, which I appreciated. We walked around for about 45 min looking at different units. He listened to my needs and picked units that would accommodate my concerns. I’ll be making a decision in a couple days. Thank you Bob for you genuine and gentle help and patience!!!! You’re a phenomenal human!!!!!
