Ronnie at the Pacific Ave branch in Stockton was exceptional. She was working hard on the property when I arrived, and there was a note that stated to text if they were out of the office. She got right back with me, and despite it being warm out, so came right to the office with a smile and a great attitude. We were moving out of our unit, and she made the process very easy, and left a great impression with me. If all of your location managers are like Ronnie, I’ll gladly rent from Extra Space Storage again. Thank you for the great experience! - RC

This place really last an impression on me especially thanks to Juan. I was sleep deprived even though he had to repeat himself a few times, he did so w patience, kindmess and a smile every single time. He took the time to escorts me to my unit and even offered to oil the gears on the door more so I wouldn't have to struggle to open it. He went above and beyond to explain everything and made my experience a worry free experience. ....As far as safety i give this place 5 stars. This place is strict on the gate times. And are serious about no one being on the property after hours. On the 1st day, my husband didn't make it out in time and the gate was locked. A simple phone call and ID verification and they gave us a one time code to get out. But prior to getting out, security was alerted to their presence after hours and warmed them to leave. I'm glad I got to see 1st hand how they make efforts to keep this place in order and keep the site safe. This place is amazing and once again, thank u Juan for an amazing experience!

I really appreciate this place! Diana is always great! I order a too small unit and Diana was able to upgrade my unit with no hassle and difficulties. It was very much needed too, I was having an extremely rough transition! Thank you for all that you do!
