JAX went above and beyond to provide me with the BEST Customer Service. JAX really went above and beyond for me and my situation. This is the BEST STORAGE Company, I was so lucky to have found this storage company and JAX. JESSICA, also went above and beyond to help me out. Extra Storage Vallejo is SO LUCKY to have both of these women working in their store. Both JAX and JESSICA went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service possible. These women really care about the customer and do everything possible to meet the customer’s need while upholding Extra Space Storage rules and regulations.

Everything went very smoothly using my phone to rent my unit. I love that when you get close to the gate it opens when you ask Siri. Jax was very helpful when I accidentally rented two units! ????? She got me straightened out right away. Thank you so much! Five ??????????!!
