Geraldine went above and beyond in customer service. Her demeanor and kindness really made my day, today?? I wanted to transfer from the smaller unit, that I had already moved a bunch of my stuff into, a larger unit. She made it happen. I wasn't there any longer than I initially planned to be this afternoon. Yay, Geraldine! Thank you for making this major transition in my life easier. Thank you Extra Space for not gouging my wallet!
