Great service includes a lock sooooo awesome I did notice one night moving in past the closing time cause it was my first night that there were some unlikely characters but hopefully they were harmless I told the manager on duty and will hope everything was safe my last storage unit was from public storage and that place sucked my lock got broken into I tried to claim the insurance and then my lock I put on wasn’t good enough so then the lady cut it off with out my knowledge I then lost my storage unit and wasn’t able to claim the insurance and I was also witness to a robbery which was super scary where a man broke into some lockers and stole a Harley I feel allot safer at this storage company and hope for the best that I can have a safe move and not be in any danger wether it be by unlikely characters or the management which seems reliable and very quick to respond plus they have a kiosk which is super convenient thank you very much also to the awesome service I recieved last at night on a Sunday and holiday he was so nice and so informative about the lockers and I’m so glad I was able to get the size locker I wanted with first month free fees were 60$ the 10x15 will cost 206 per month but since I feel allot safer I don’t think I’ll mind for the few months of needing it

I recently inquired about a storage unit at this location and was extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable and helpful Alan was. All of my questions were answered in full, I didn’t have to wait long either, and the process was smooth from start to finish. While there, Anthony and Alan were attentive to other guests and ensured everyone was acknowledged and getting helped. Even when I had to call, they were super nice. I highly recommend this location to anybody looking for a solution for their extra storage needs. In day and age of quality customer service being scarce, this place really goes above and beyond to care for their clients.
