First and Foremost, the assistant manager that helped me. His name is Micah. Very helpful. From start to finish, I was able to get through everything I needed within 35 minutes. The facility was very clean, and the storage units was impeccable. The types of locks utilized are tested to be more secured and harder tamper with. I liked the customer service provided. He treated me like a person, not just a number. Clarification was a high priority. Making sure that I have the right storage unit for my needs was definitely reassuring. They do offer military discount, and it was on top of the discount they were offering. So very military friendly. The hours are reasonable, and the location is great. I plan on utilizing the faculty throughout my contract.
