I truly appreciate the customer service I have received with Extra Space Storage. Danny has great customer service. The storage units are affordable. I will recommend getting a storage here. *Update- using this Extra Space Storge was great. During my time with them any questions or concerns I had were addressed. And after 5 years I was pleased with the service

I have rented a storage unit from Extra Space for over 4 years and have had excellent service; however, I recently received an automatic renewal card in the mail stating my monthly rate was about to increase beyond what I could budget as a full time student — instead of jumping toward the reality of moving out, I called the office and with immediate assistance from Jalynn, I was able to lower my monthly rate and stay in my same unit.
