Kevin was more than helpful with our move out date, applying pro-rata rent, etc. Also, while I was there he was on the phone with a very long winded customer, and although I had to wait awhile, I complemented him on his patience and professional phone skills with a talkative potential renter.

Mouse droppings, new staff does not clean. Between unit 2251 and 2352. Young guy named Kevin works at the front. Always on his phone. Wonder whos supposed to clean???
