The manager, Kevin, was by far the most helpful storage representative I've ever dealt with. Our situation is a tough one. My brother passed away and kevin made sure to help us get situated and taken care of with the utmost respect. I hope extra space storage recognizes the type of employees they have. Honest assessment of this Extra Space Storage facility and its manager, Kevin - from an experienced self storage customer who isn't affiliated in any way to Extra Space Storage (other than renting at multiple self storage locations including a recent rental at the Highlands Ranch Extra Space Storage facility). Cleanliness of entire facility (inside and out): 5 out of 5 stars. (cleanest facility of the 4 I've rented in as checked each time I'm on property) Security: 5 out of 5 stars. (positives: controlled access in through the outer gate, controlled access to enter building, controlled access to exit the property through the exit gate) Management of Facility: 5 out of 5 stars. Kevin, the manager, is professional, courteous, has a high attention to detail, and follows up well. He uses technology (computer and yes, his smart phone) to make his job easier for himself, prospective and current customers). Rare qualities I see in the manager, Kevin, that I don't often see in other self storage facilities (including other Extra Space Storage locations in CO and other states including UT, KS, MO, ID.: can do attitude, can gain rapport and respect from all types of personalities that prospects and customers will have, highly organized, takes pride in keeping the facility and workspace clean and organized.
