Clean units and friendly staff. Only complaint is when other renters don't return supplies when there are cart return signs for the individual units. Other than that, my experience with first Jay and now Xiomara were beyond excellent. They listen to your needs and our very accommodating as well as polite. Had my unit for over a year and will continue to rent until I have my own house.

Really great experience manager at the West Main Meriden Connecticut location is amazing and even helped me when I was an idiot and couldn’t figure out how to open the door with no judgment because I haven’t never had a storage unit so I appreciated her help.
