Used this facility for almost 3 years. Easy to set up, easy access, always clean and never had any issues. Had a friendly and helpful encounter with a representative in the past about billing. Now moving to a new location to be closer to my new house and the person we called and spoke to on the phone about the cancellation was SO kind and helpful and even took the time and effort to call us back and offer an unexpected solution. Was so impressed by the customer service that I was compelled to leave a review because let's be honest, it's becoming harder and harder to find people who care nowadays. Would 1000% recommend this location.
