Hugo was amazing!!! Not only was he professional, kind and patient with me but he went out of his way to assist me before closing time, I really appreciate him so much making my move so seamless and easy would recommend this location one million percent, and he deserves more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend this location. I'm very satisfied and impressed not only with the quality of the unit provided, but also with the great customer service offered from the management team. After visiting several storages in town the last few days and not finding any luck on a property that could accomodate our needs, we landed on this location at 5:35 pm (close at 6pm) and were warmly welcome by Sean. What I was looking for, this gentleman went on to show us one nice unit after the next.. units himself cleaned and prep for the customers.. we could see his joy and dedication towards to this location. Unfortunately the unit we liked was booked while we were walking back to the office by someone online; nonetheless, Sean was able to immediately prep a similar unit that was vacant that afternoon. So... all because Sean cleaned and added on the system RIGHT AWAY and ??. We have driven by this location and never stopped, today I needed another unit and Sean exceeded our experience in our storages needs. I hope this man gets promoted to run this facility as manager. This is our 2nd unit and are absolutely happy about Extra Space Storage.
