Outstanding, speedy and helpful service by Darrell, who personally went out to look at an RV site to ensure it would meet my needs. I rented RV space here for almost 2 years and after being away with the RV for 4 months it's good to get such excellent assistance when returning. I very highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location and recommend you call Darrell for your storage needs! Update after a year - this remains the best place to store your RV. Mine was is a covered spot with 120V AC for the past year until I sold it. This location and Darrell's helpful management earn 5 stars!

Darrell made my time very enjoyable. He helped me get great deals and was always very attentive to my needs. It’s nice to do business with someone who represents their company with passion and care. If I ever need storage again, I will def be coming back here as long as he is there.

I think God for guiding me to Extra Space Storage! I've had my Belongings stored at their location for a much longer time than I anticipated. The extra time needing storage resulted in extra money I didn't have... I don't like admitting this publicly, but my storage unit was pending foreclosure and auction! Darrell, from the 9 Mile Road location in Pensacola, FL contacted me on his own and worked on my behalf, then worked with me to not only save my unit from foreclosure, but he helped me get it PAID to a "current" status. 5 Stars to Darrell and Extra Space Storage for great service and mostly for caring about me and my family on top of the day to day work load.
