It was my first time renting a storage and it was super easy and quick. I had some trouble with the care code but the manager Mike helped me right away. It was super fast and super easy

Mike at ExtraSpace storage on Bloomingdale is always there to help me with my payments and to give me reminders for upcoming payments. I'm out of town a lot so whenever I need help with something he has always been able to do it -like when I needed a new lock but I couldn't make it during business hours. I've been at this facility for about two years and I haven't had any problems or issues, it's a good place to rent and a really really good staff.
