I have not moved into the storage unit which I rented on the 'phone. The staff was most helpful to me in selecting a unit and signing a contract for it. I was not able to visit the company, but I believe the service was excellent.

I’m so thankful I was able to find Ms. Carla to assist me with questions and concerns about a storage issues. She is very polite and try her very best to understand your concerns and try to direct to the right answer because of Carla that’s why I gave extra space storage a five star please ask for Carla whenever someone get over there. I needed a storage unit and went to Extra Space Storage in search of a 10’x20’ space. Carla was there to assist me with all the necessary paperwork. She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, an absolute joy to deal with! I’d definitely recommend anybody needing storage to go see her, she made the whole process a breeze! I am so very thankful for Extra Space, but especially for Carla. Ever since my family and I moved out of state 10 (yes, 10) years ago, she has taken great care of me. Carla has truly become a part of our family now. Her friendly personality, helpfulness and knowledge of her business makes it a joy to do business with them. The facility and grounds are always kept clean. I never worry about my things being there.
